The program’s main screen lists all the yellow pages sites supported for data capture. In addition to yellow pages, the program also supports data extraction from alternative sources and business directories such as Yelp and Cylex.
To start using the program, simply click on the desired source from which you want to extract potential leads.
Once the yellow pages site opens, you’ll need to follow these 3 simple steps:
Step 1. Perform the desired search
Inside the program, enter your desired search in the yellow pages search boxes (e.g., Hotels in New York).
After entering the keyword and desired location, click the magnifying glass button to load the first page of search results.
Step 2. Data Capture
Once the search results page opens in the program, click the GET DATA button to capture all the data from both the first and all subsequent pages.
While capturing data with Y-Leads Extractor, you’ll see all the results at the bottom, which you can then extract and export to your PC (in Excel or CSV format).
The program will first extract basic information and then rescan all results to extract email addresses.
Step 3. Export the data to your PC
To export the data found by the program, first click the SELECT button and then the red EXPORT button.
