Step 2. Add Category and Location to search

Click the ADD CATEGORY button to enter the category / keyword to use for the search. We recommend that you enter keywords of a maximum of two words.

Then click on ADD LOCATION and a window will open in which you can select the country, region, city and even postcode (if you want data aimed at a specific location). You can also leave a whole region if you want to extract all emails on a large scale.

Step 3. Start data extrapolation

After entering the category and location, select the relevant check-boxes and finally press the GET DATA button. At this point the program will start searching for data in Google (default search engine) and BING. For each result, the software will automatically search for the email address in the website link on the search engine. All emails found will appear in the Email Address column as shown in the following figure.

The power of GoogleBing Email Extractor is that the search will be done in all the locations (cap) displayed at the top right (tasks) of the program, in order to maximize the number of emails found. In addition to emails, the program will also search for any phone numbers (if published on the result site).

At the end of the search and data capture, just click on the Export Email (or Export Phone) button to save all the data in a txt file. Then you can copy the data into Excel and remove any duplicates or make other filters.

To maximize the amount of phone numbers extracted, go to SETTINGS and select the “Extract phone numbers from website” check-box. This setting will slow down data extraction because the software will also search for any phone numbers in addition to the email address.

In the event that the program were to close during data extraction, no problem. Always accessing SETTINGS, just click on the AUTO EXPORT FILE button to access a folder where you can find the export.txt file with all the data captured by the program.

NB: If you let the program work for several hours it is possible that Google may temporarily block the search. In this case you can continue to use the program by switching from Google to the BING search engine. Go to Settings, click on the CONNECTION tab and then select the “Switch from Google to Bing“ box. Then press OK to return to the initial screen and proceed with the data extraction.

As you can see from image above, you can choose between the two search engines: BING and GOOGLE search. They are both great for searching the Internet and then capturing email addresses from various websites. You can use both sources to capture as much data as possible. The advantage of using BING is that it shows UNLIMITED results; Google could show a limited number of data for each search.

Step 2. Select the source

Selecting GOOGLE source it will open the Google Search website in the program. You may first see a screen that invites you to accept the terms of use. Accept everything and at the end the following homepage will open:

Step 3. Perform the desired search

Now, regardless of whether you have chosen the BING or GOOGLE search source, enter the keywords from which you will then obtain the related email addresses and phone numbers. After writing the keywords click on Enter and wait for the first page of Google or Bing results to appear:

If you want to find results not in your country but in any other country in the world, simply make changes to the search engine settings before starting the search. Here is what you need to do to set the search country:

GOOGLE: From the home page of Google Search, in the program, click on SETTINGS link (below on the right)

Find “Region Settings” and here you will be able to set the desired Country:

BING: For Bing, just click on the top right on the “settings” icon and then click on “Country/Region”

Then you will be able to choose the country/region desired for your searches.

Step 4. Get Data and Email addresses

After the search results appear click on the GET DATA button and the AUTOMATICALLY program will start to extract all the data from the results: site title, description, email address, website URL and PHONE numbers.

The same goes for choosing the Bing Search source and doing a search in it:

The e-mail address and phones will be searched directly on the website of the result, so it will be 100% consistent with the search you made.

If you want to extrapolate more emails there is a little trick. In addition to the search keyword (eg Hotel) also enter the keyword “@gmail.com”. So you can precisely enter Hotel AND “@gmail.com“. In this way the program will not only be able to extract emails from the website but also from the description that will contain any emails of type gmail.com.

Step 5. Export data and email addresses

Once you have captured all the data click on the SELECT button to select all the results and then on EXPORT to export all to an EXCEL or CSV or TXT file.

Choosing Excel you will get a file with the 4 columns shown in the following figure (in the third column you will find the email addresses extrapolated from the websites):

By default the CSV format is set but you can change the export format and choose Excel or TXT from the program settings (by clicking on the top of Settings):

From this window you can also choose the language of the program and set the column separator for the CSV file.

The parameters in this screen are useful if you want to “hide” your IP (especially if you use a fixed IP) to be able to do all the work of data extraction in an “anonymous” way. You can decide to use a VPN program or a Proxy (from a list or random)

Click on the Start New Search button at the top left to open the window (shown below) in which you can define all the parameters of the new search. The program needs GOOGLE CHROME to work! Be sure you have installed latest version of Chrome on your PC

KEYWORDS: At the top is the text box in which you can enter all the desired keywords to search for. Each keyword must be placed on one line.

SEARCH ENGINE: You can choose whether to search results through Google, Bing or both. The advantage of using Google is greater precision of the results. Bing, on the other hand, has the advantage that it shows a greater number of pages of results (Google usually shows a maximum of 10-15 pages of results for each keyword)

DATA TO EXTRACT: You can choose whether to extract only emails, only phone numbers or both types of data

LANGUAGE: select the desired language for the search

COUNTRY: select the country in which to search (if you use Google as a search engine and want to search for data in a country different from your own, you will have to try to use a VPN software to be able to use an IP of that country. With Bing, however, it is not necessary to use a VPN because it is possible to find results also of other nationalities, even if you use the IP of your country).

THREADS: is the number of simultaneous processes / searches that are made by the program. By default a value of 5 is set, but if you are having crash problems we recommend reducing this value to 2 or 3.

BING MAX PAGES: since Bing shows a very large number of pages of results for each keyword, this parameter allows you to stop the search after 20 pages (you can change this value as you prefer).

EXTRACTION RULES: each checkbox in this section represents a different way of collecting data.

  • Scan website: allows you to search email addresses and phone numbers by scanning every website of every search result you get. This mode has the advantage of capturing very accurate data but takes more time.
  • Scan snippets titles: allows you to search data using a combination of keywords that maximize the probability of finding email addresses and phone numbers directly in the description of Google and Bing results. In this way, the data is collected very quickly.
  • Search on Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Linkedin: allow you to search emails and phones on the public pages of the most popular social networks.

On the right of the window there is the PROXY section. Proxies are servers that place themselves between your computer and the websites you browse in order to guarantee your “anonymity” (and therefore can be useful for reducing the risk of blocking by Google and Bing, which happens if you multiple searches and repeated over time).

Web proxies consist of a web address and a port, and are easily found on the Internet. There are both free proxies (Total Email Phone Extractor also provides free proxies that you can use by clicking on USE FREE PROXY SERVER) and paid proxies (which are usually more efficient than the free ones). A list of free proxies that you can try using is also available at this link (all you have to do is copy a few proxies and paste them into the text box to the right of the window shown above).

Due to Google’s security systems, it may happen that extraction from the Google search engine is blocked. In this case, we recommend activating the Proxy function (better if you use Premium Proxy servers) or selecting the Bing search engine that has the least restrictions.

After entering the keywords and making the desired configurations (you can also leave the default settings) just press START SEARCH at the bottom right and the program will begin to extrapolate email addresses and telephones.

During the extraction you will see all the results appear in the program with details of email address / phone number, website, title, type of data captured, country and keyword used. At the top right of the program there is a window that shows the processes in progress: you can see the keyword and the results page (Google or Bing) that is under analysis. Below you can see the number of data collected

It is possible to interrupt the search and data capture at any time by pressing STOP SEARCH at the top. Or you can wait for all draws to finish. Once the process is completed you can save the data by pressing the EXPORT DATA icon at the top. The data will be saved in a CSV file (file with the data separated by a comma as highlighted in the following figure):

Dopo il download fai doppio click sul file .exe per avviare l’installazione del programma. Al termine si aprirà la seguente interfaccia principale:

Il programma è molto semplice ed intuitivo da utilizzare. 

Fai click sul pulsante in alto a sinistra Start New Search per aprire la finestra (sotto raffigurata) in cui potrai definire tutti i parametri della nuova ricerca. Il programma necessita di Google Chrome per funzionare correttamente, quindi assicurati innanzitutto di aver installato Chrome sul tuo PC.

KEYWORDS: In alto c’è il box testuale al cui interno potrai inserire tutte le parole chiave desiderate da ricercare. Ogni parola chiave deve essere posizionata su una riga.

SEARCH ENGINE: Puoi scegliere se cercare risultati tramite Google, Bing o da entrambi. Il vantaggio di usare Google è una maggiore precisione dei risultati. Bing invece come vantaggio ha il fatto che mostra un numero maggiore di pagine di risultati (Google solitamente mostra massimo 10-15 pagine di risultati per ogni keyword). Inoltre Google potrebbe bloccare l’estrazione se si fanno operazioni massive e ripetute. Bing ha meno restrizioni in tal senso.

DATA TO EXTRACT: Puoi scegliere se estrarre solo email, solo numeri di telefono oppure entrambe le tipologie di dati

LANGUAGE: seleziona la lingua desiderata per la ricerca

COUNTRY: seleziona la nazione in cui fare la ricerca (se utilizzi Google come motore di ricerca e vuoi ricercare dati in una nazione diversa dalla tua dovrai cercare di usare un software VPN per poter usare un IP di quella nazione. Con Bing invece non è necessario usare una VPN perchè è possibile trovare risultati anche di altre nazionalità, anche se si usa l’IP del proprio Paese).

THREADS: è il numero di processi / ricerche in contemporanea che vengono fatti dal programma. Di default è impostato un valore pari a 5, ma se si hanno problemi di crash consigliamo di ridurre questo valore a 2 o 3.

BING MAX PAGES: dato che Bing mostra un numero molto elevato di pagine di risultati per ogni keyword, questo parametro consente di fermare la ricerca dopo 20 pagine (puoi modificare questo valore come preferisci).

EXTRACTION RULES: ogni checkbox di questa sezione rappresenta una modalità diversa per la raccolta dei dati.

  • Scan website: consente di cercare indirizzi email e numeri di telefono scansionando ogni sito web di ogni risultato della ricerca ottenuta. Questa modalità ha il vantaggio di catturare dati molto precisi ma richiede più tempo.
  • Scan snippets titles: consente di cercare dati tramite una combinazione di parole chiave che massimizzano la probabilità di trovare indirizzi email e numeri di telefono direttamente nella descrizione dei risultati di Google e di Bing. Con tale modalità i dati vengono raccolti molto velocemente.
  • Search on Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Linkedin: consentono di ricercare email e telefoni sulle pagine pubbliche dei social più popolari. 

Sulla destra della finestra invece è presente la sezione PROXY. I proxy sono dei server che si interpongono tra il tuo computer e i siti web navigati al fine di garantire il tuo “anonimato” (e quindi possono essere utili per ridurre il rischio di blocco da parte di Google e Bing, blocco che avviene se si fanno ricerche multiple e ripetute nel tempo).

I proxy Web sono costituiti da un indirizzo web e una porta, e sono facilmente reperibili in Internet. Esistono sia proxy gratuiti (anche Total Email Phone Extractor fornisce proxy gratis che puoi usare cliccando su USE FREE PROXY SERVER) e proxy a pagamento (che solitamente sono più performanti rispetto a quelli gratuiti). Una lista di proxy gratis che puoi provare a usare è anche disponibile in questa pagina (non dovrai far altro che copiare un po’ di proxy e incollarli nel box testuale alla destra della finestra sopra raffigurata).

A causa dei sistemi di protezione di Google, potrebbe capitare che l’estrazione dal motore di ricerca di Google risulti bloccato. In tal caso consigliamo di attivare la funzione dei Proxy oppure di selezionare il motore di ricerca Bing che ha meno restrizioni.

Dopo aver inserito le keywords e fatto le configurazioni desiderate (puoi anche lasciare le impostazioni di default) ti basterà premere in basso a destra su START SEARCH e il programma inizierà a estrapolare indirizzi email e telefoni.

Durante l’estrazione vedrai tutti i risultati apparire nel programma con il dettaglio dell’indirizzo email / numero di telefono, sito web, titolo, tipo di dato catturato, nazione e parola chiave usata. In alto a destra del programma invece c’è una finestrella che mostra i processi in corso: potrai vedere la parola chiave e la pagina dei risultati (di Google o Bing) che è sotto analisi. In basso invece potrai notare il numero di dati raccolti

E’ possibile interrompere la ricerca e la cattura dei dati in qualsiasi momento premendo in alto su STOP SEARCH. Oppure potrai attendere la fine di tutte le estrazioni. Una volta che il processo è ultimato potrai salvare i dati premendo in alto sull’icona EXPORT DATA. I dati verranno salvati in un file CSV (file con i dati separati da virgola come evidenziato nella figura seguente):

Importando il file CSV in Excel potrai vedere tutti i dati separati in colonna. Se non riesci a importare correttamente ti consigliamo di usare un convertitore da CSV a EXCEL gratuito come questo https://convertio.co/csv-xlsx/

Nel file Excel potrai facilmente selezionare la colonna contenente gli indirizzi email o numeri di telefono, e potrai anche rimuovere eventuali dati doppi.

Passo 2. Aggiungi Categoria e Località da ricercare

Fai clic sul pulsante ADD CATEGORY per inserire la categoria / keyword da usare per la ricerca. Ti consigliamo di inserire delle keyword di massimo due parole.

Poi clicca su ADD LOCATION e si aprirà una finestra in cui potrai selezionare la nazione, regione, città e anche CAP (se vuoi dati mirati ad una precisa località). Puoi anche lasciare una intera regione se vuoi estrarre tutte le email su larga scala.

Passo 3. Avvia estrapolazione dei dati

Dopo aver inserito categoria e località, seleziona i relativi check-box e infine premi sul pulsante GET DATA. A questo punto il programma inizierà la ricerca dei dati in Google (motore di ricerca predefinito) e BING. Per ogni risultato il software andrà a cercare automaticamente l’indirizzo email nel link del sito presente sul motore di ricerca. Tutte le email trovate appariranno nella colonna Email Address come evidenziato nella figura seguente.

La potenza di GoogleBing Email Extractor è che la ricerca verrà fatta in tutte le località (cap) visualizzate in alto a destra (tasks) del programma, in modo da massimizzare il numero di email trovate. Oltre alle email il programma cercherà anche eventuali numeri di telefono (se pubblicati nel sito del risultato).

Al termine della ricerca e cattura dei dati, ti basterà fare click sul pulsante Export Email (o Export Phone) per salvare la lista degli indirizzi email (o numeri di telefono) in un file di formato TXT. Poi potrai copiare i dati in Excel e rimuovere eventuali doppioni o fare altri filtri. Accedendo a SETTINGS e cliccando su AUTO EXPORT potrai anche accedere al file salvato in automatico dal programma, file sempre in formato TXT che contiene il titolo/ragione sociale, indirizzo email e telefono in un unico file, campi separati dal TAB.

Per massimizzare la quantità di numeri di telefono estratti, vai in SETTINGS e seleziona il check-box “Extract phone numbers from website”. Questa impostazione rallenterà l’estrazione dei dati perchè il software oltre all’indirizzo email cercherà anche eventuali numeri di telefono. 

Nel caso in cui il programma dovesse chiudersi durante l’estrazione dei dati, nessun problema. Sempre accedendo a SETTINGS ti basterà cliccare sul pulsante AUTO EXPORT FILE per accedere ad una cartella dove trovare il file export.txt con tutti i dati catturati dal programma. 

 NB: Se lasci lavorare il programma per diverse ore è possibile che Google possa momentaneamente bloccare la ricerca. In tal caso puoi continuare ad usare il programma passando da Google al motore di ricerca BING. Vai in Settings, clicca sulla scheda CONNECTION e poi seleziona il box “Switch from Google to Bing“. Poi premi OK per ritornare alla schermata iniziale e procedere con l’estrazione dei dati.

Come Attivare GoogleBing E-mail Extractor

Utilizzando la versione di prova del programma dopo 50 risultati catturati apparirà una finestra che ti chiederà di “sbloccare” il programma, acquistando la licenza. Puoi acquistare la licenza del programma dal pulsante seguente:

Una volta scaricato il file ZIP, estrapola tutto il contenuto in una cartella sul tuo desktop. Poi per aprire il programma fai doppio click sul file GoogleBingExtractor.exe.

Con l’apertura del programma vedrai questa schermata principale:

Passo 2. Seleziona la sorgente

Cliccando sulla sorgente GOOGLE si aprirà nel programma il sito web di Google. Potrebbe apparire prima una schermata che ti invita ad accettare delle condizioni di utilizzo… accetta tutto e alla fine si aprirà l’homepage seguente:

Nel caso in cui si clicca sulla sorgente BING invece si aprirà questa schermata principale:

Passo 3. Effettua la ricerca desiderata

Adesso, indipendentemente se hai scelto la sorgente BING o GOOGLE, inserisci le parole chiave da cui ottenere poi gli indirizzi email correlati. Dopo aver scritto le parole chiave clicca su Invio e attendi che appaia la prima pagina dei risultati di Google o Bing:

Se vuoi trovare risultati non in Italia ma in una qualsiasi altra nazione del mondo, ti basterà fare delle modifche alle impostazioni del motore di ricerca prima di avviare la ricerca stessa. In pratica ecco quello che bisogna fare per impostare la nazione di ricerca (su un Paese diverso dall’Italia):

GOOGLE: Nel caso di Google dovrai prima cliccare in basso a destra della home del motore di ricerca su Impostazioni :

Poi dovrai cercare e modificare le “impostazioni area geografica” selezionando il paese di cui vuoi ottenere i risultati (ed estrapolarli col programma).

BING: Nel caso di Bing invece una volta che si apre la sua homepage nel programma, clicca in alto a destra sulle tre linee orizzontali per accedere alle impostazioni e poi clicca su “Paese/area geografica”

Nella finestra che si apre potrai impostare una nazione qualsiasi da cui ottenere i risultati da estrapolare col programma

Passo 4. Cattura Dati ed Email

Dopo che sono hai effettuato la ricerca desiderata e appare la prima pagina con i risultati clicca sul pulsante CATTURA (GET DATA) e il programma AUTOMATICAMENTE inizierà a estrapolare tutti i dati dai risultati: titolo sito, descrizione, indirizzo email, url sito web e numero di telefono.

Stessa cosa vale scegliendo la sorgente Bing e facendo una ricerca in esso:

L’indirizzo e-mail verrà ricercato direttamente nel sito web del risultato, quindi sarà al 100% coerente con la ricerca che hai effettuato!

Se vuoi estrapolare più email c’è un piccolo trucchetto. Oltre alla keyword di ricerca (es. Hotel) inserisci anche la keyword “@gmail.com”. Inserisci precisamente Hotel AND “@gmail.com”. In questo modo il programma non solo potrà estrarre email dal sito web ma anche dalla descrizione che conterrà eventuale email di tipo gmail.com.

Passo 5. Esporta Dati

Una volta che hai catturato tutti i dati di interesse clicca sul pulsante SELEZIONA per selezionare tutti i risultati e infine su ESPORTA per esportare il tutto in un file EXCEL o CSV o TXT.

Scegliendo Excel otterrai un file con le 4 colonne mostrate nella figura seguente (nella terza colonna troverai gli indirizzi email estrapolati dai siti web). Nell’ultima colonna invece troverai il numero di telefono trovato sul sito.

Per vedere un esempio di Export clicca sull’icona seguente (vedrai un esempio dei primi 60 dati estratti per parola chiave “Web agency“):

Di default è impostato il formato CSV ma puoi modificare il formato di esportazione e scegliere Excel o TXT dalle impostazioni de programma (cliccando in alto su Impostazioni):

Da tale finestra potrai anche scegliere la lingua del programma e impostare il separatore di colonne per il file CSV.

Cliccando in alto sulla scheda CONNESSIONE invece si aprirà quest’altra schermata delle impostazioni:

I parametri presenti in questa schermata sono utili se vuoi “nascondere” il tuo IP (specialmente se utilizzi un IP fisso) per poter fare tutto il lavoro di estrazione dati in modo “anonimo”. Potrai per la precisione decidere di:

a) Usare un programma VPN per proteggere l’IP (consigliamo il servizio di HideMyAss che consente di cambiare IP anche in modo dinamico)

b) Non usare proxy o VPN ma impostare un ritardo casuale (in secondi) tra le diverse richieste (rallenterà l’estrazione dei dati)

c) Usare proxy singolo (dovrai procurarti i dati un proxy con relativo server IP, porta ed eventuale user e password)

d) Usare proxy casuali (da inserire manualmente) oppure una lista di proxy gratuiti (nel programma ne abbiamo già inseriti alcuni)
